PURPLE: Supreme Court Should Disclose Gifts and Adopt a Code of Ethics

Republicans, Democrats, and independents agree that the U.S. Supreme Court should require justices to disclose most financial gifts and should adopt a code of ethics, according to a YouGov poll conducted last week. 72% of Americans, including 68% of Republicans, 79% of Democrats, and 70% of independents support a requirement to disclose most financial gifts. 69% of Americans, including 58% of Republicans, 83% of Democrats, and 65% of independents support the Supreme Court adopting a code of ethics.
