PURPLE: Accepting Ukrainian Refugees in the U.S.

Two polls show that Americans are willing to accept Ukrainian refugees. A Quinnipiac University poll shows that 78% of Americans are willing to accept refugees with 91% of Democrats, 66% of Republicans, and 78% of Independents in favor. An Economist/YouGov poll shows somewhat less support with 54% of Americans in favor of accepting Ukranian refugees with 66% of Democrats, 48% of Republicans, and 52% of Independents in favor.

Given the broad support across party lines, we rate accepting Ukranian refugees in the U.S. as PURPLE.
